We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Evade. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased, you may return your order for a refund. If the garment has an apparent defect, take a picture of it and send it to us by email. In this case, we will cover shipping costs in Canada.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item ordered online, just send it back to us. We only accept returns of merchandise from the Evade online store that has not been worn, along with any shipping or gift receipt within 30 days of the date of shipment.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when you purchased them, ie new, never worn, free of any stains, damage or residue.

We only accept products that have been purchased from the Evade Online Store. For purchases not from the online store, we suggest you contact the store where you made your purchase for assistance.

Make sure the items * have not been worn and that they still have all tags attached.
